Welcome to TattooVault, an AI-powered tattoo design generation platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by TattooVault (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you have questions, you may also refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us directly.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your email address or a third-party authentication service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
TattooVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal tattoo design creation, subject to these Terms. You may download, save, and share designs you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the tattoo designs and other content you generate using the Service (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and the prompts you submit.
By generating content through the Service, you grant TattooVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service, subject to your privacy settings. If you set your content to public, it may appear in the community gallery and be visible to other users.
Your User Content may not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, content that exploits minors, or any other material deemed objectionable at our sole discretion. All prompts are subject to automated moderation before processing. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
When using the Stencil Generator tool, you represent and warrant that you own the copyright to any image you upload, or that you have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder to use and modify the image. You further warrant that the uploaded image does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
You assume full legal responsibility for any copyright infringement claims, disputes, or damages arising from images you upload to the Service. If you upload copyrighted material without authorization and later use the resulting stencil for a tattoo or any other purpose, you bear sole liability for any resulting legal action. TattooVault merely provides the technical conversion service and does not verify the copyright status of user-uploaded images.
The Stencil Generator processes uploaded images through automated, temporary pipelines. Your uploaded image and the resulting line art stencil are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. Any temporary files created during processing are automatically purged. TattooVault does not retain, review, or use your uploaded images or stencils for any purpose other than providing the conversion service in real time.
TattooVault does not claim any intellectual property rights over the line art stencils generated from your uploaded images. You are free to download, use, modify, and share the resulting stencil for personal or commercial purposes, including bringing it to a tattoo artist for application. The output is considered your derivative work based on content you provided.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the website, software, branding, logos, and trademarks, are owned by TattooVault or its licensors. You are granted no rights in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service will be the exclusive property of TattooVault, and we may use such feedback without compensation to you.
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change pricing upon notice. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. One-time plans (such as the 5-Day Pass) do not auto-renew. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your payment credentials.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Profile page. Upon cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. For one-time plans, no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate, and we may delete your User Content in accordance with our data retention policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TattooVault does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated designs may vary in quality and are provided for inspiration purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TattooVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
