Refund Policy

At TattooVault, we strive to provide our users with the best AI tattoo design experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Time Limit — refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
  • Usage Threshold — if you have generated more than 10 designs during the plan period, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
  • Plan Type — refunds are available for subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly). One-time purchases (5-Day Pass) are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of proven technical errors that prevented service access.
  • Upgrade Credits — any additional credits or bonus features included with your plan are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@tattoovault.io.
  2. Provide details — include your account email, order information, purchase date, plan type, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Submit within 3 days — ensure your request is received within 3 days of your purchase date.

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome promptly. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the original payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Profile page. Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund — you must follow the refund request process above if you seek a refund. After cancellation:

  • Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Charges for the next period are non-refundable.

5. 5-Day Pass (One-Time Purchase)

The 5-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. Once activated:

  • It cannot be cancelled mid-term or refunded, except in cases of documented technical errors that prevented you from accessing the Service.
  • No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.
  • The 5-day access period runs consecutively from the moment of purchase.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
