1. Compliance and Prohibited Content Generation
To maintain an acceptable use environment as required by our payment processors, you are strictly prohibited from submitting prompts, uploading images, or generating any visual assets that contain or depict:
- NSFW (Not Safe For Work) & Adult Content: Any sexually explicit material, pornography, nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive imagery.
- Harmful Content: Imagery depicting, promoting, or glorifying physical harm, violence, gore, torture, self-harm, or suicide.
- Exploitation of Minors: Any content involving minors in an inappropriate, suggestive, harmful, or exploitative context.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

- Real-time Blocking: Any prompt flagged by the moderation pipeline as violating this AUP or payment safety frameworks will be automatically blocked at the ingestion stage, and no image generation will occur.
- Post-Generation Compliance: We reserve the right to review and remove any generated content that violates these restrictions.
3. Enforcement and Account Penalties
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy undermine platform integrity and will result in immediate enforcement actions, including:
- Immediate removal or deletion of the non-compliant digital content.
